You must have a valid email address to utilize this method,
and you will need a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account for payment.

If you absolutely cannot join or renew online the mail in forms may be downloaded.

The 2024 Train Mountain Member Application is available in pdf at this link. This is a two page form that includes one Participant Release Form. Download the Forms and join Train Mountain the old fashion way by mail. Please fill out the Forms and mail the completed forms with a check or money order to the address on the form. Please DO NOT SEND CASH.

Please do not combine different membership categories on one form. If you are applying for a family membership, the new family membership is for two adults and all children and grandchildren under the age of 18 years. If you have a three or more adults in one family, the additional adults must apply separately for their membership.

Note: all premium memberships, Supporting Member, Participating Member, Yard Boss Member, and Empire Member are all Family Memberships.

Regular Train Meets

The 2024 Train Mountain Train Meet Pre-Registration Form is available now. Click Here for PDF.

This form is only for Pre-Registrations (Early Registrations), and offers discounts for registering early and you will also receive a custom souvenir Meet Badge.
To use this form, you must mail it in time for it to be received at the Train Mountain Office no later than seven (7) days prior to the meet.
Due to the rapid growth of meet participation, it is very helpful to the volunteers at Train Mountain to receive early registrations. Otherwise we do not have sufficient information to have the resources available to best serve the participants. This is particularly true for the kitchen volunteers that are attempting to have enough food on hand to feed everybody.

You may still register upon arrival for a Train Meet, but that registration will be done on a different form than the one above, and will only be available in the Train Mountain Office.
If you choose to register for a Train Meet upon arrival, you may pay a higher rate, and you will not receive a custom meet badge - you will receive a generic participant badge.

If you have not already completed a Participant Release Form for the current year, you may also mail that form with your registration, or you must complete one at the Train Mountain Office immediately upon arrival.
